Cheesy Chicken Crescents
one of Blakely Rule's favorites
2-3 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 packages of big crescent rolls
extra shredded cheese (if you love cheese like I do)
Preheat oven to 375. Combine cooked chicken and 1/2 cup cheese in a bowl and
set aside. Heat soup, milk, and 1 cup cheese on stove top. Heat mixture
until cheese melts. Place soup mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Separate rolls into triangles, place spoonful of chicken mixture on wide end,
roll up however you see fit, and seal the edges. Place completed rolls into
baking dish. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle extra cheese on top and
bake and additional 5 minutes.
